A classic breakfast on the farm! Fast and delicious waffles with fresh chicken eggs.
2 cups AP flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder an sugar.
In a separate bowl beat the eggs. Add in milk, butter and vanilla.
mix together the wet and dry ingredients, don't over mix!
Ladle batter into lightly oiled waffle iron and cook until golden and crisp!
