This recipe comes from "The Apple Lover's Cookbook" by Amy Traverso. This was my Christmas gift from my dad, and I love it. Why this bread? Today Judah's class is celebrating Johnny Appleseed Day in school and making applesauce with his class. I thought I would surprise him with an apple treat when he gets home from school!
