Garlic Bread

As I've mentioned, bread is probably my favorite thing ever. Homemade garlic bread that is quick and easy when you need a side in a jiffy!


Ingredients

1 store bought loaf French bread

1 stick sweet cream, salted butter, melted

1 tbsp. dried parsley (can use palmful of fresh, chopped parsley if you have it on hand)

1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder ( more if preferred)


Directions

  1. preheat oven 350 F. Cut loaf into 1 inch thick pieces.

  2. melt butter and mix in the parsley and garlic powder.

  3. baste both sides of bread slices with the butter mixture, place on a large sheet pan.

  4. Place on center rack in the oven. Bake 5 minutes, turn over bread pieces, bake another 5 or until desired crispiness and brownness of bread is reached.
