These are juicy, come together quickly, and are full of flavor! My buddy Lyle loves making chicken this way, it's his recipe! No solid measurements were given, so I winged it. The majority of the recipe was the dressing, mustard, and steak seasoning.
Ingredients
mustard
Italian dressing
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauve
Montreal steak seasoning
Directions
1Mix all in a bowl until it creates a nice marinade. Place chicken in a gallon ziplock bag and pour sauce over them. coat and let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Smoke them at 235 for 2 hours or until juices run clear. These can be baked in the oven, too! 350F for 40 min or until juices run clear.
