Korean Beef and Broccoli Bowl

A quick dinner in a pinch! 30 minutes or less to complete and the fam will love it.

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef

4 cloves minced garlic

3/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup orange juice

1 Tbsp. sesame oil

1 Tbsp. corn starch


Directions:

  1. Cook ground beef and minced garlic in a skillet. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, sesame oil and corn starch. Add to the skillet.

  3. Mix well with the meat, stirring on medium heat until the sauce has thickened. Top with sesame seeds and green onion, salt and pepper to taste is desired. Serve over rice with broccoli.
