It's a play on the walking taco, because it's a decent portion to sit down and enjoy! No calorie burning here, only calorie consuming. I vividly remember the first time I had a walking taco in a little Dorito chip bag. It was at one of my club volleyball tournaments in Manhattan and it's silly but at 15 years old it changed my life, ha! I love these things.
1 lb. ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 bag Doritos chips, crushed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained (or fresh/frozen from the garden if you have it)
shredded lettuce or cabbage for topping
diced cherry tomatoes
Marzetti's French dressing (or Thousand Island)
Brown and drain your ground beef. Return to the pan and add taco seasoning, following the packet directions.
Assemble your sitting taco! Crush the Doritos and place it in the bowl. Layer on taco meat, black beans, corn, and assorted toppings. Drizzle with dressing of choice!
