Directions:
Add 2 cups AP flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 cup sourdough discard, 1 3/4c. milk, 1 large beaten egg together and mix with a whisk until well incorporated. Cover and set in the fridge overnight for easy pancakes in the morning. You also use this recipe right away, if you make it in the morning! (or add some cinnamon and vanilla, my kids love that).
